Located off of US. Route 1 in Harford County, Bel Air is a small (Population: 10,120) Maryland town with a big history. Originally established in 1780 by Aquilla Scott, the town was once a stop along the mid 20th century Maryland and Pennsylvania Railroad and home to many famous characters in history, including Olympic figure skater Kimmie Meissner and John Wilkes Booth.
