Needles. California

Needles is a city in San Bernardino County, California, on the banks of the Colorado in the Mohave Valley, near the borders of Arizona and Nevada borders. The city can be accessed via Interstate 40 and U.S. Route 95. It had a population of 4,844 as of the 2010 census.

It was named after "The Needles", a group of mountain peaks in the Mohave Mountains to the south. The Mohave Native American community shares the Fort Mojave Indian Reservation and the city.
